I got very bored. Been drumming for 10 months and I just recently fell in love with this song. Probably only the maybe 5th time I've played it all the way through. I know its way off it was just me screwing around and yea I have a lot of work to do. Anyway first one to guess what it actually is gets bonus points since I dont know how to mesh the song over it. Also sorry for the poor sound quality I have no mics and my drums arent the best but it was school or new drums. Sadly school takes priority

Here's one I just found of me laying down a drum track. Might be cool for drummers who have never recorded in a studio before. The singer and guitarist are in the control room so you can't see them. The cam is pointed towards the live room, where the only instrument audible was my drums. The bassist is playing there but only can be heard thru the headphone mix. All vocals, guitars and bass are scratch tracks solely for the purpose of getting my drum tracks done...

Unfortunately not me, but just awesomeness in tone.

Check out the 2nd vid where his 335 sounds like the first Rush album in spots.

(the first video is great too...heck they all are, but I perfer the Gibson to the Fender ones).

Very enjoyable listening. Check it out 1001001.

Yes, great tone and great playing, too. Some good riffs in there. Guys like that make me want to quit playing because they play like that with what looks like very little effort. I work my ass off and don't sound half as good! laugh.gif

That's kinda what I was thinkin' Look how slowly his left hand is moving but what a cool fast groove. Makes it look easy. But, he makes me want to pick up a guitar and get better! laugh.gif

Here's one of my little brother and I playing "Resist" ... the video and audio quality isn't the greatest but it's what I've got. I'm doing rhythm, and my brother Marty is playing the lead part. No vocals I'm afraid. Check it out ...

Later we're gonna try to record it again, in a better setting. We'd like to do "Heart Full of Soul" as well. My bro also plays drums so we may get some of our other stuff on here too. I'll keep you guys posted.

Yup, I plan to steal a few of those gems myself.

Now I wish I made more of a effort for an AL-355. angry.gif

Seen the Rivendell one before, quite a good cover! anyone on here to take credit for it?

MortKort, good job on La Villa. I tried that one myself but it came out quite messy lol
