But yes I agree with the comments about Neil's lack of pretense. The man's built of integrity. Come to the think of it, so is the band as a whole, and that's a pretty awesome ethos to have. So, as has seemingly been my "tradition" with posts I consider monumental, I'm dedicating this 1000th post to The Professor.. Neil Peart. |D I doodled a couple shots of him the other night. I had two others but they were so bad even I didn't want to see them. http://i56.tinypic.com/2ql71ix.jpg They're really sketchy and rough but I like them. Oh, and the brightness is off because I was too lazy to go to the scanner so I just snapped a shot of the paper with my camera phone. I want to do a drawing -- preferably not digital, maybe with acrylics or something if I get better -- of Neil with his bike. Mainly because it'll give me a chance to, um.. practice drawing leather..? ;D And I've never drawn a motorcycle. Perfect excuse to.
