apetersvt Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 Went to the video store last week and noticed the movie: Electic Apricot. According to the cover, it is a jam-band version of Spinal Tap. After watching it, it shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence. It wasn't entirely bad though and I got my nickle's worth. Electric Apricot I decided to check the 'extras' menu and there was a High Times Interview Anyway, Les Claypool directed/produced? the film and is also the drummer/lyricist/singer for the band. He brought up the fact that typically drummers don't write lyrics for the band. He then mentioned Neil's lyrics (last name pronounced incorrectly for those who actually care about that sort of thing) being about Snow Dogs and Xanadu.
