Moonraker Posted January 14, 2005 Share Posted January 14, 2005 A few months back, NIN were building up hype on thier website for the new album they were working on by putting up a couple webcams in thier studio and turning them on every once and a while. Apparently this was the phone number of some really nosy journalist that wanted to get the first scoop on what they were doing. She came to thier studio door and called them a few hundred times trying to schedule an interview. Instead of simply denying her the interview, they took her phone number and put it up on the webcam. Within 5 minutes, hundreds of NIN fans (myself included) called up the number and ended up hearing an answering machine of some old lady (her grandmonther).
