I got my tickets. I promised myself I get up front at least once and this is it.... front row center. Price was a bit much but how often do you get an opportunity like this. I can't wait. biggrin.gif

I noticed there are still a pretty good number of tickets available through TicketsNow. I'm really hoping its a good turnout. I saw them in Marysville on the R30 tour and the turnout was horrible and the boys were just not into it. Alex even cut the improvisation session short. I was really disappointed and even mentioned to my friend "they won't be coming back here again". I'm glad I was wrong, the S&A stop in Marysville was the best concert I have ever seen.

How are the chances of scoring a decent seat the day of the concert?

I might be doing that sark. I'll have to wait until next week when I get paid anyway. I might just show up with $ 100.00 and see what I can get.

Hey midway,

I met up with you last year before the marysville show (Andy-white Dodge) Are you checking craigslist for tix?

Yes Andy, I remember you.  I've been checking lots of places for tix including craigslist.  I have certain sections in mind where I'd like to be.  If nothing works out, I'll take what I can get day of the show.  That place looks so small looks like any seat is a decent one!

The local Reno station, KOZZ ewas giving away tix to the show. They had four sets - 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and front row, giving them away to the 28th caller every hour.

Couldn't get through on the first two giveaways.   angry.gif

Got through on the 2nd row tix...caller 24.  doh.gif

My last shot was for the front row set. Dailed...busy...dialed...busy...dialed...busy...dialed...ring tone, and...

...I'll be in the front row, baby!

My other tix are section 106, row 2. Not down on the floor, but pretty good for the side area - elevated and one row of the rail. I have three of those seats, my wife will use two, if she chooses to still go. She mentioned something tonight about backing out, but another possibility is that another buddy's wife will go with her.

When she commits here in the next couple of days, I'll let you know.

What's the availability for the venue? Any idea?

I'm not jumping just yet.  There are tons of tickets available, so if I have to wait until the day off of the show, I'm not worried.  I'll get something decent.

Well, I just got my tix for Reno.  Section 118 row 1.  And I paid less than face value!

I love sitting just above the floor with no one in front of me.

Those'll be good tickets. I had similar seats for Petty/Black crowes and they were great. I agree, unless you're reallt close one the floor, front row slightly elevated is a good place to be.

See you Saturday?
