I have a nice collection of grey hairs. (Thanks mainly to my 3 offspring.)  laugh.gif

I also collect vinyl records. I have close to 2000 selections, spanning the history of Rock, but also classical, reggae, and R & B. etc.

Nice! I'd like to get a collection of vinyl that big.....I'm trying to find Derek and the Dominos Layla album..among other treasures....

I collect nautical antiques and curios. My 'crown jewels' are a lifeboat sextant that was made in 1912 and a medallion that was made with copper from the hull of HMS Victory. The same copper that was on its hull during the Battle Of Trafalgar.

As some of you know, I collect Rush tourbooks and Lps. I have a collection of Lps other than Rush, but I'm not adding to it, it's just what I accumulated over the years(maybe 500 or so, I never really counted). I also collect audio of other groups doing Rush covers. Non Rush items: TOOLS!! Any Tools! Any excuse to buy a tool. Yes, I am a tool hound! Big time! cool.gif

Well I can't really say I actively colllect anything now. All my money goes to the house, kids, food, mortgage, keeping the lights on... YAY!!

But I do have rather decent collections of:

hotwheels and matchbox cars (cool collection sfuentes!!)

Lionel Trains

Hess Trucks

Record/CD Collection

oh, and dust (it's free and collects so quickly)

My dad is the one with the baseball card collection and other memorabilia - especially of the Brooklyn Dodgers.

I have about 200 of those pressed pennies, the kind you get at amusement parks. You put the penny in the machine and it gets squished into an oval with a design on it.

I used to love making my own on the train tracks. It didn't exactly come out oval though. laugh.gif They've shut the line down since.

*Books written by Neil Peart...I have a whopping collection of 3 now.

*Any book written by Maeve Binchy (my favorite Irish author) or Dean Koontz.

*LEGOS - Star Wars, Harry Potter, Spiderman (well, they're my son's but they take up so much room I feel like I'm collecting them too)

*Teapots and teacups (don't laugh...I can be girly once in a while smile.gif)

I collect pocket dragons or dragons of any kind and hockey cards. The cards are a fairly new habit... unsure.gif can't go into Sports Collectibles w/out grabbing a couple packs, and the MAD things aren't cheap!

Right now I am trying to get cards for my local AHL team. Not the ones they have out now, buit older cards, pee wees, QBMJL, etc.

Hey, anyone here have a Kitchner Rangers card of Petr Kanko they'd like to unload?

That's cool. She Who Must Be Obeyed also collects teapots, but they have to be in a chintz pattern and they have to be made in England (Arthur Wood, Royal Albert, etc.).
