jrenee2112 Posted August 25, 2007 Share Posted August 25, 2007 I missed the 6/13 show in Atlanta but had planned on seeing Rush at the infamous Red Rocks in Morrison, CO during a trip to visit my sister and explore CO. Came back to a lot of drama (I had to fire someone right before I left for CO! Fun!) but now I am debating whether or not to see Rush one more time. Getting a little depressed a little teary missing the whole feeling right...well I try to keep happy thoughts going so I think out loud about our next show, MSG, as I say it Pags realizes too that it's not that far off. Our oldest daughter sitting at the table turns to us with the huge grin , cooool , who's coming, when, how long, the questions just start pouring out...It took about 1/2 second to realize she was thinking of her own experience with TRF members she's met this summer. I felt so awful to have to deflate what you knew she was feeling. She's still bummed out today that ONLY Pags and I get to go see everyone and the concert too! Since my concert... and I've had two consecutive bad weeks since the concert... *sigh* I definitely have Post Rushdom Depression. Been sick during and since the concert All I have to soothe my soul is my Rush DVDs. I would totally go see more but I'm only 17 and my parents won't let me. I know someone who works in casino called Bally's in Atlantic City. He says that the casino Rush is rumored to be playing in is right next to him. He is also a gigantic rush fan so... That's so sad, ladi. I hope hanging out here helps some. We only got a small taste of what it's like to spend time with TRFers and I know I want to do it again sometime in the near future.
