What do you like about this forum the most?

I've been to quite a few forums over the last few years and my favorites are the Rush forums I go to because of the people that post on them. I know the obvious answer to the question is "the people here" is the best thing about this site. Well, I was wondering, if you had to pick one thing about this forum that you liked the most, besides the people/admins/mods, what would it be?

I know theres a lot of good things about this site but I was just curious what other people think. I know it's hard to pick just one sometimes.

For me, my favorite thing is the color scheme used. It's so much easier on my eyes with the background colors than any other forum I've ever been to.

There's still a fresh enthusiasm about this board which hopefully will last. There's also a healthy balance between a shared love of the band but different points of view about the merits of aspects of their work.

I also like the fact that there are no agendas here (or maybe I'm blind), and to be honest, while I'm prone to the odd outburst of anglo saxon expression myself, I like the fact that this is a "family friendly" board. Even more so, I like the fact that it's pretty much self regulated, so we don't have RR, GG or any other nods breathing down our necks like schoolteachers.

Oh, and the anagrams, can't forget the anagrams........

Basicly I just love the whole atmosphere here. Its something you don't see as much on other boards.

oh yeah benatar rules 1022.gif

She does rule!! I've been in love with her since the 5th grade - and she has just improved over time. My favorite work from her was released in the 90's, but albums like Tropico, Get Nervous, Prescious Time, and Crimes of Passion are amazing to me.

oh yeah - and I like this site also. Good group of people here, good topics, and continued development. Every day is something new. I really enjoy reading how Rush material has impacted others - from the emotional standpoint to the musical aspect and the reviews. Good stuff.

Paganoman,

I got "Get Nervous" the same time as Signals. Before I became a Rush fan, Pat Benatar and Jefferson Starship were uppermost in my music playing catalog.

Oh, yeah, Bill Paxton got his start on the "Shadows of the Night" video from that album. It was a video having to do with nazi's.
