GhostGirl
Well, not all these are musical, but it's nice to stop and reflect: My youngest son has come so far this year, and is communicating better than he ever has. My older son is a brilliant, thriving first grader (not that I'm bragging ) This year I joined my first internet board, something I'd never done before, just to try to find a clip of Neil on Politically Incorrect, and look at me now - January 28, 2004 I got to see Rush 3 times - May 26 (Nashville), July 17 (Las Vegas), and August 18 (RCMH, NY) I've made some wonderful friends this year, and I appreciate and love you all. Good topic, madra.

madra sneachta
Discoveries of 2004 - It's never too late to catch up Dream Theater Spock's Beard Even in Blackouts Fail Safe (Film) Curb your Enthusiasm (TV) Boothby Graffoe (Comedian) Personal stuff - Reaching the half way point on the novel (Finished 2008 at this rate) Turning 40, while seeing my mental age drop rapidly Seeing Rush live - people like Nebbish will understand - Rush airplay in Ireland is 0, very few people are aware of them, although they may have heard TS and TSOR. To actually be in the same place as ten other Rush fans was a new experience, never mind 10,000+.

esmeralda
It was a nice year as music is concerned. I saw Rush again........ and Rammstein. Nightwish for the first time. Finally found you guys.... It was a bad year here as economy is concerned, and also the terrorism threat has become worse here. A murder because someone said what he thought..... and more of these unpleasant things. As some Dj said on the radio here, I'm glad this year is almost over, it was a nasty year...
