I've been running a bit. I always feel better when I do. I need to find an event to motivate me...

Started running again today. It got above 60 over here today so if I run my chest won't collapse. Did 2 miles today, would like to get 3 tomorrow, but forecast is calling for rain :(

Keep it up, BC!!!

I did 08km last night, in 41min29s...still recovering from the half marathon I did two Sundays ago.

A half-marathon is tough on the body...especially when you're a few pounds overweight like me!

I've been running with the dogs...about a 3.5 mile loop. It's good for all three of us! I used to be a six-mile guy, but my job has me spending lots of desk time and it's taking it's toll.

Tell us about it, Barney.

I'm doing 10km tomorrow. Should be fun!

Second 10k race this Sunday.

The last 10k race, I ran 37:44. Last year for the same race, I ran it in 45.52.

Yeah I have been training a little.

I'm impressed mate!!!!

I found out this week that I'll run the Rio Marathon in July, so I'll steadily increase the mileage in the next few weeks. I hope I can do it in less than four hours this time.

I haven't run a marathon yet. May be one day. Good luck though. Rio in July? That will be very warm.

Losing 30+ lbs helps a lot.

That's my problem..Since I hit 45, I've got a tire that I can't won't lose.

I can't keep weight on.... I am just a couple years younger than you.

Also running over 1000 miles over the course of the year, as fast as you can run helps.

I ran today...3.5 with the dogs, then another 6.5 alone. Felt great. I need to fix my diet, but it's tough with the fam and work pulling me in other directions.

Well I didn't do as well as the last race. The last 5k killed me. It killed everyone. The humidity kicked in and everyone was disappointed. 38:41
