Lady April
Whatever the kid wants to watch tonight this is her weekend I think it'll be the new version of Freaky Friday with Lindsey Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis. I sure wish they'd re-release the original with Jodi Foster - that one was funny as hell!

GeddyRulz
Wish I had a copy of "Moscow on the Hudson" starring Robin Williams. It's the best movie I know about freedom and independence, and it ends on the Fourth of July. I would be a good pick for tonight.

Turn Me On Dead Man
The Graduate. Holy crap. I apologize for the double post, but I just had to share this experience. What a terrific movie. Dustin Hoffman was amazing, of course. I loved the style of directing; far ahead of its time. At times it dragged, I have to admit.. 8/10.

sullysue
Franco Zeffirelli's "Romeo and Juliet, " from 1968. My all-time favorite movie. Amazing. Beautiful. Completely faithful to Shakespeare's dialogue. 10/10.
Sonatine
Went to see "Paranormal Activity" at the flicks last night. Genuinely suspenseful on such a relatively low budget: but the persistent shaky camera soon began to wear us down. And looking back, it wasn't quite so frightening after all. Rather like The Blair Witch Project, the film doesn't quite live up to all the hype. But since it was only made for a five figure sum, I have seen a whole lot worse that cost many millions more. With that in mind this film is worth watching. 3/
