I'm amused by "I Think I'm Going Bald," but I feel like I'm laughing with them...whereas I think, uh, I've kinda been laughing at them in the more over-the-top parts of The Necromancer. Sure the topic and lyrics may be stupid, but I enjoy the music itself, one of the last times you would hear that "hard rock" sound out of Rush. I'll go with the Necromancer. Nothing on here is bad, with the possible exception of "Panacea", which is a snoozefest. Maybe "Fountain" should be split up into parts. Anyway, I chose "Lakeside Park" just because it doesnt really rock and Rush overplayed it back in the day. I love the song however. Hard to pick a worst here.
