Tick Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 this girl just flat out cannot sing. they keep playing a pizza hut comercial with her singing in it , and her voice is as bad as fingers scraping across a chalk board . now as far as pop singers go i thought britney spears was bad but jessica takes it to a new level. her tone is awfull and her notes are so flat. christina aguilera is a ho , but lets face it she can sing her ass off. i cant help thinking of how the american idol judges would rip her up. she would never make it past the audition. what do you folks think ? I agree with you. I have 12 year old who used to listen to this stuff when she was 8 or so. I hated all of it. Britney hardly even sings on most songs, there's a ton of backup singers in there. Jessica's is just a terrible singer. They are both so damn popular though. I always felt bad for Christina. She can sing circles around both of them, but is in the background compared to them. She needs a better agent or something. Britney & Jessica do have larger breasts though, maybe that is why they are more popular??? How sad would that be if it were the reason? There are many talented people or groups out there who get trashed simply because they fell into the pop or boy band category. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of their songs... but the 5 members of N-Sync harmonize better than just about anyone else I've ever heard before, ever. When they do special tribute things or 3 minute pieces on some award show and stuff like that, my jaw drops. Just don't start singing Bye, Bye, Bye. I'll take the queue, and leave immediately. Oh!! and what about Pink? I think she's got a shit kickin' voice and her own style. I like her, a lot. She sang an amazing version of Janie's Got A Gun in front of Aerosmith.
