2.gif . and i was 8 or 9. moving pictures had just been released and this thing called MTV was also new. they played Tom Sawyer, Red Barchetta, Limelight, and Vital Signs quite often in those days old.gif . i had been previously introduced to rush with AFTK, Hemispheres, & PeW but i think the combination of MP & MTV (believe it or not) was the clincher.

Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

My first live concert.

The Who.

I was eight years old and saw the 1989 Tommy concert on TV. It totally blew my mind.

The first album I ever bought was The Who's Greatest Hits tape that I bought second hand- I was 9 then, I think. The first CD I ever bought was the studio version of Tommy when I was thirteen- I had worn out two brand-new tape copies of the album by then and was tired of replacing them. laugh.gif

First album I ever received was Little River Band's First Under the Wire as a 4 year old on 8 track. The Eagles were my first love(I still love them today) my dad liked the 19-71-75 era and my mom preferred the Joe Walsh era. Joe Walsh rules! I also grew up on Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and Bob Seger(thanks to my mom), Journey(my older sister Tania), The Police(thanks to sister Toni).
