For what you pay for Miller Lite, you can get MGD... or better yet, Leinie's. And in the summer, Leinie's Summer Shandy... a Wheat beer with a hint of lemon, very refreshing on a hot summer day. On sale, a 12 pack is $10... not too bad!

I think I walked past some of that Summer Shandy in the grocery store last night..does it have a real colorful looking box? I looked at that and thought..hey, that looks pretty good but I didn't pay any attention to the price. I will have to try it.

I don't drink too much, so $10 for a 12 pack will last me at least 2 weeks. trink38.gif

Yeah, $6 or $7 (depending where you go) for a 6-er here too. For just a couple bucks more ($10 or $11) we can get a 12 pack. Amazing what a ripoff 6-packs are in general. For 1.5 times (or less) the price of a six pack, you can usually pick up a 12 pack.

Plus...what's the point of buying only a couple hours worth of beer?

Really, what part? I grew up in Dayton and Little Kings was our beer of choice as well. That and Gobel.
