The Analog Cub
Couple guys I hang out were struggling with where to proceed because 19 studio albums is rather daunting. Seen some other cool flowcharts for storied bands across the Internet (Floyd, Dream Theater, etc.) and figured I'd give this one a go. Worked on this one over the holiday shutdown when I got bored. Flame away! Edited January 5, 2021 by BowlCity
The Analog Cub
Took a lot of restraint not to put "I prefer castration" in one of the arrows towards Presto.

J2112YYZ
I still have no clue what the production problem some have with GUP is.
The Analog Cub
I still have no clue what the production problem some have with GUP is. It's Signals that has crap production, not Grace Under Pressure. The guitar sounds gross. I personally like Signals quite a bit but usually gravitate towards live releases for the individual songs that have them, particular Analog Kid on Different Stages or Subdivisions on R30. treeduck
I still have no clue what the production problem some have with GUP is.It's not the production, it's half the songs; ie Red Lenses, The Body Electric, The Enemy Within,

Lurkst
Nice work! Almost everything fits really well, but no way is Fly By Night weirder than Caress of Steel. Edited January 5, 2021 by Lurkst
Entre_Perpetuo
Nice flowchart. Entertaining read. Here's one for King Crimson I really like:
Weatherman
I like how S & A is a lonely orphan hanging out there. Very accurate. It really does sound unrelated to most other Rush albums -- so many midtempo, unmemorable tunes.

Very accurate. It really does sound unrelated to most other Rush albums -- so many midtempo, unmemorable tunes. I struggled with where you go after that one. I mean it sounds like 1993-onwards Rush but with more layers, instrumentals, and acoustic guitars/percussion, so there's plenty of similar albums but idk where the natural progression would be after going to it.
