Ansley Dunbar is better than Steve Smith dude!!! Ok!! Fair! I saw the Steve Gadd Band at Yoshi's. He was fuckking incredible. I've seen them all there Pat. Simon, Dennis, Billy Cobham, Tony Williams, Steve Gadd, Dave Weckl, Carl Palmer. On and on and on. Yep! I'm proud to be a drummer snob. I've met them all too!!! Steve Gadd was so sweet. I had his cd but at the meet and greet he was signing his new vinyl at the time.I bought one and we talked for about two minutes about drumming. Steve asked me if I was still playing the drums. I told him... "hell yes! I love playing to Rush albums still." He laughed and wrote on the record in black Sharpie... Earl! Keep on Keeping on those drums!!! I told him he was the "Triplet King" Pat.
