Yay! Someone else acknowledges Lindsey :goodone:

Lindsey i'd qualify as underrated. i never see people listing him. but he's the sole reason i became a Fleetwood Mac fan.

he blows me away.

I really like his solo albums too. Seeds We Sow and Gift of Screws showcase him at his best.

Hey! That’s the guy who was lucky enough to sing with Rockwell !

So JB!

I had an amazing time with Lisa this weekend. Sadly it's over already and I miss her.

So I'm watching Motley Crue typing on here.

I'm sure many of you hope I get married soon so you never hear from me again.

Vince says..."MAKE SOME FUCKKING NOISE!" He's fat but I love him.

So Lisa was telling me about Eddie's guitar solo on "Beat It." Yes I have a sex life and I don't "Beat It" that much anymore. DUH!

You boys all know the golden rule when you have a girlfriend.

Well I hope you do.

Rush Boys don't really get laid that much. LOL! Rosy Palms and Cheetos. Right? D&D? Dick N Doritos? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUSH FRUiTS!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, Lisa told me that Eddie recorded that guitar solo for free with Michael Jackson.

Eddie didn't want any shite from his brother, the band and the Evil Warner Brother Management. I hope you can GOOGLE this.

Regardless I believe it.

So when Eddie was done with his solo and it was a wrap.

Quincy Jones gave Eddie a case of beer and thanked him for his time in the studio.

Fuckking Epic!!!!

Believe it or not.

Signed,

Ripley

Love has walked into my life in 2020!!!!!!

Then again I guess if you win millions of dollars you can buy your love.

"Natural Thing" Boys and Girls.

UFO

This is rare.

I could go all night long. Lionel Richie?

Fuckk that.

I'm off to bed so I can dream and cream of my girlfriend.

RUSH RULES!!!

GET LAID!

These days, Vince Neil’s idea of making noise is him at an unlimited time Mexican buffet with the tortilla chips and taco shells crunching violently between guacamole dippings.

Dude could play.

I mentioned him Allen. I saw him in Oakland two years before he passed away. His guitar playing that night blew my fuckking mind into a billion pieces of starlight.

I may have missed it but there's a couple guys I don't think I saw that deserve some mention here..........Jeff Healey and Robin Trower. Saw both live numerous times and they both blew me away.

Robert Randolph anyone?

Yeah I mention Trower. He blew me away too at The Fillmore years ago with Davy Pattison on vocals. Ex Gamma.

Oh yeah I've seen him with Davy. My second favorite singer of his behind only Dewar of course.

There are so many good guitarists using different techniques and equipment, and, playing in different styles that it's difficult to keep it down to 5 as indicated by others in this thread.

Here's my current brain dump which no doubt intersects with many others here.

A sort-of top 5 starts it off:-

Steve Morse

Doc Watson

Ritchie Blackmore

Joe Satriani

Al Di Meola

Jeff Beck

Uli Jon Roth

Steve Vai

Micheal Hedges

Ida Presti

Paco de Lucia

Allan Holdsworth

Johnny Marr

Marty Friedman

Antigoni Goni

Muriel Anderson

Steve Howe

Mikael Åkerfeldt

Francis Dunnery

and many others
