Today I am for the very first time listening to a Rush bootleg called Ohio 1975 on vinyl record (limited version on grey vinyl), released 2016. It's the second time they was in Cleveland, Ohio, and they had just released their second studio record (first one with their new drummer Neil Peart) called Fly By Night. The quality on this bootleg is listenable, but not perfect. It is a FM broadcast recording, but it is kind of muffed sound. And is not recommended to new Rush fans, only fans that want everything, no matter the quality. 3 of these songs (Anthem, Beneath, Between And Behind and Fly By Night) was released as bonus songs on a previous bootleg called ABC 1974, which was the first time they was in Cleveland, Ohio. And Neil was then kind of new in the band. It has a bit better sound quality to it as well.

This evening, before going to sleep, I am listening to Rush - Permanent Waves World Tour 1980 on vinyl record, which was the bonus live concert that came with the 40th Anniversary box set of Permanent Waves. I still have not decided what I think about this bonus concert. I have to listen to it more I think. I really wish they would have one whole concert and the songs in correct order as they was played! Starting with the song Beneath, Between And Behind feels just weird! They started with 2112 on this tour as first song!!

This morning I am listening to Rush - Time Machine: Live In Cleveland 2011 on the 2019 vinyl record version. This was the tour where they played their whole studio record Moving Pictures live. It was amazing! I saw this tour, and I will never forget it! Best day ever!!

Now I am listening for the very first time on (just got it from the post office) Rush - Live In St. Catharines, April 1974 on vinyl record. This is a bootleg that was recorded at a school in the early days when John Rutsey still was the drummer. Rush have released this concert on DVD. But never as audio only.

This morning I am rocking out to Rush debut record from the 3 record collection called Archives which contains their 3 first records (RUSH, Fly By Night and Caress Of Steel). It's the first time I listen to this one, I bought it last week. Before I only had the 2014 reissue of this record, so it's nice to hear a 70s pressing of this record! :)

(Not sure which pressing I have, have not checked it yet, so I just link to the main page of this record) https://www.discogs.com/Rush-Archives/master/7422?sort=catno&sort_order=asc

Listening to Rush - Fly By Night from the 3 record collection called Archives. First time I hear a 70s pressing of it. The closest I have heard is a 1983 UK pressing. Which sounds ok, but not as good as this one! This might even beat the 2015 reissue.

And this time I know which pressing I have, it is this one: https://www.discogs.com/Rush-Archives/release/6378650

This sunday afternoon I am enjoying Rush - Caress Of Steel from the 3 record collection called Archives. Which includes their debut, Fly By Night and Caress Of Steel. In my opinion these sounds better then the 2015 reissues. And my records are in good quality. So really happy I got this set (I almost did not get it, I went out from the record store, walked for a while, but then I went back!)

This early morning (sorry neighbors, you wont get your sleep this morning!) I am listening to Rush - Exit... Stage Left on the 2015 reissue vinyl record. I was deciding what to listen to. This one or the Permanent Waves Live 1980 that came with the 40th Anniversary Permanent Waves box set, but it was a easy choice in the end. This one is so much better!

This saturday evening I am rocking out to the classic Rush record Moving Pictures on Scandinavian first pressing vinyl record. This is the only pressing of Moving Pictures with a gatefold (inside is lyrics and a few pictures of Rush). And it sounds great! My dad gave me this record from his collection when I had just got into Rush after seeing them live back in 2011.

I am going from 1981 (Moving Pictures) to 1993. This is Rush Counterparts on the 2015 reissue double vinyl with music on 3 sides and a etching on the last side. (original pressing was only on 1 record). This one sounds really great! I should play this more often!
