RushFanForever
Recently, I dealt with hypocrisy in a situation and stumbled upon this article here, which put things into perspective. A snippet from the article says that "people regularly and angrily lambast others for doing something, while doing pretty much the exact same thing themselves." One person commented on the article that 'they are a cynic' and believes that human nature is faulty and selfish, mean and wants to do everything that suits 'us' even when it is at the cost of others. There's a jealousy when others get promoted or have more money. WE think the grass is greener on the other side and carry on running around to get there. Even when we are good, we do it to create a good image on others. I admit there are some souls around, but their number is not significant.' I'm sure all of us have experienced hypocrisy at some point in our lives.
Nova Carmina
Yes, yes we have. (Or at least I have, so I'm extrapolating. If that's something you say you wouldn't do, then thanks for nicely illustrating the OP's point!) ;)
