New Pearl Jam album in March!

Recommended Posts

Either is the terrible ticket sale today. I get their attempt to cut out scalpers but the TM system sucks and can never handle the volume. I should be allowed to buy on the secondary market if I want to.

It gets the ReRushed seal of approval.

That's very rare from you my friend.

You are a Fishbone Fan like me and I approve this post. Lol!

I was done with Pearl Jam and I even saw their last tour.

I saw them on the TEN Tour with Rage opening. Warfleld. Blew my mind.

But wow.

I'm very impressed.

Makes me happy after a very long and dark day...........................

New tune is certainly very different for them. I actually like it.

I loved Ten and Vs. Two great albums (Ten is a masterpiece).

Their third album translates far better live.

I thought No Code had some great tunes and some real clunkers.

Yield was the last album I ever enjoyed. I lost them after that. Eddie Vedder's voice just......does not do it for me. It got old and tired for me. And I felt the songwriting just hit a wall for my tastes. The last time I saw them was on the Binaural tour (a horrid album BTW) and we walked out. It was terrible. And it shocked me. I had seen them 3 times before (Ten tour, No Code and Yield) and they killed it live. But this tour they were playing with zero energy, and took 2-3 minutes between songs asking each other what to play next. It was f***ing ridiculous.

Lost me forever after that.

Yield was my last PJ album as well. I have MP3s of the others, very rarely listen to them. Also agree about Ten and VS being great back to back albums, for any band. At the time of release, those albums were in HEAVY rotation in the CD player. I still enjoy them.

No Code was a sleeper for me, wasn't until a couple years after release I dug into it. It very well could be my favorite PJ album now. But Ten is objectively probably their best, or at least the album 50 years from now people might know/recognize.

I put Vitalogy up there with 10 and Vs

I put Vitalogy above Ten sometimes. Like, I find it to be woefully underrated.
