I was recently charged twice for a book on Amazon.  The seller tells me they don't handle that part of the transaction but gave me no link to who does.  Only mumbled something about "Marketplace."

I've spent close to an hour trying to find where on the Amazon website I can resolve this to no avail.

Does anyone know how to get a refund from Amazon?

I ordered a new phone recently from Amazon, and was sent a bottle of women`s perfume.  It was quite excruciating, trying to explain this and get it resolved via their online help/chat system.  Spoke with four representatives and they seemed to be increasingly incompetent and confused.  Eventually I got the phone I ordered, and gave my wife the perfume free of charge but boy, I feel like I earned it over those two hours. I will always ring in future, although I don`t care for that option either :banghead:

I got a robot to resolve my issue who turned me over to a human being that had appalling grammar and didn't appear on top of things in the brains department.

Competence seems to be a thing of the past.  No matter where I go these days, if you can't latch on to an older worker, the younger ones are really lacking in more ways than one.

It'll be a future of millionaire geniuses and morons, with little in between.

We joke, but you are right.  A while back someone said the average IQ in this county hovered around 90.  I thought "No way.  That's stupid."  Well, I've since changed my mind.  I believe it.
