RushFanForever
I recently re-read Neil Peart's book 'Traveling Music: The Soundtrack to My Life and Times' and stumbled upon this bit of information below. In the chapter Verse Three "Workin' them angels overtime" (which begins on page 155), Peart utilizes the quoted phrase when describing his bicycling and motorcycling riding habits as a metaphor to life. Peart then mentions on page 176 about owning a lithograph on plexiglas of an 'artfully interpreted, muliticolored bicycle wheel' created by late Canadian artist Greg Curnoe, who sadly passed on while riding his bicycle. The artwork was dedicated to Curnoe's friend who also passed on while riding his bicycle as well. I found the artwork here, which is titled 'Large Colour Wheel' (1980) that's interesting to see and the meaning behind it. There's an article posted on The Walrus here, relating to the topic as well. Just wanted to share this with everyone. Edited September 7, 2019 by RushFanForever
