On hot days wear a hat everyone and sit in shade for extended periods.

I misread the thread title. With NFL training camps starting up this month I thought this happened to a current player. Very sad either way. When there's a heat advisory in the area especially if you're a big guy like an NFL lineman, you need to be careful about how long you're doing stuff outside.

We got a heat advisory in our area for the next two days. I'm not going outside for anything that isn't absolutely necessary. With the humidity they're talking about it getting into the 90s in some spots.

A person, and people, no matter, who, and how old they are, should always take precaution, and protection in, and from the sun.  I'm sorry, to learn, heard, and see of this.  My condolences, to his family, and friends.

We've been in the 90's for a couple of weeks now.  Only go out to let the dog in/out or take out garbage.  It's just too effin hot.

The heat index is no joke.  I was walking around like a moron today in very hot very humid weather.. felt ok then stopped to cool off and felt woozy and had a cold drink.  Dumb; just feelin' invincible as usual (moronic).
