I discovered this 80's song from watching the Professor Of Rock Series.

I had no idea until a few months ago on that the singer is the same guy who did that 1995 hit song, In The House Of Stone And Light. Vocally and musically different from the 80’s.

Bruce “the master” Leroy is her boyfriend in the video.

I enjoyed this segment of Stevie Wonder ('Go Home'), Howard Jones ('What Is Love'), Herbie Hancock ('Rockit'), and Thomas Dolby ('She Blinded Me With Science') at the 1985 Grammy Awards performing this instrumental synthesizer medley of their hit songs.

Wow this was really cool, I like all these players. Funny how Thomas Dolby made a bunch of money writing ring tones for Nokia. :D

I never had heard that intro, thanks for sharing that. One reason I liked this song is how they made the guitar sound like bagpipes...cool :musicnote: :D

Hahahaha!!!

Thanks to JB I put on Sonic Temple tonight. "Electric" too.

Now "Love" is playing! 1985 baby!

THE CULT FUKKKING RULE!!!!

CAPS ON!!!!

I wore out my copy of Sonic Temple and it was a CD. :haz: I loved especially Electric and Love of course and I thought Ceremony was also excellent. Underrated album imo.

A word of warning: I saw them summer before last and Ian's voice was not good. Had seen them in '91 and I believe like '13 and he sounded great both times but 21 or so months ago, no.
