RushFanForever
The Rolling Stones have released another compilation album titled 'Honk'. The album title itself makes me think it's just a bunch of 'geese honking racket'. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pbCr577RI0

The Cat 3
Oh wow! Totally thread worthy. :) I love the Stones but they are up to at least 25 so far, according to Wikipedia. Last was "Grrr!", now "Honk". Next up is "Meow: The Babycat Years", due out on the 1st of November. Here's the first look at the album cover... Syrinx
My favourite band of all time, but the compilations are WAY out of hand!
Rick N. Backer
Hot Rocks or The London Years make sense. You need to own Beggars Banquet through Goats Head Soup in full. Then it’s really only Some Girls and Tattoo You you must own. If you’re a fan, I am, all their albums are enjoyable. But no compilation adequately covers a 50 + year career.

Presto-digitation
Why would any big fan buy a run of the mill compilation in 2019. Clearly this is geared towards the person who has never bought a Stones album. There is also the dedicated completist I suppose, but greatest hits albums are geared toward casual/non-fans. I can see someone buying The London Years. After that? Why?
RushFanForever
I realized that the 'colored squares' album cover concept for 'Honk' is similar to what was used on the 1993 compilation 'Jump Back: The Best of The Rolling Stones'. What's noted is that 'Honk' includes all 18 studio tracks from 'Jump Back' from the wikipedia entry. Edited May 6, 2019 by RushFanForever

More power to them and i do respect and enjoy their music
