vaportrailer
So, I happened to click on this one day not too long ago, just 'cause the video looked fun: Kick-ass!Which led me to this: Trippy!Which led me to this: Starts off in a Krautrock/psych vibe, and then gets really groovy. Probably my favourite of theirs so far. Weird band. Highly prolific (5 albums in one year), elements of prog, surf, psych, folk, Turkish music, jazz, hard rock - pretty much everything.Anyone else out there digging these maniacs?

I'm quite blown away by the quality and quantity (and electicism) of their music. These guys are freaks! They look like they put on a damn good live show. Hoping to see them in Montreal at the end of August. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKNc9eVj_TQ Love those double drums! vaportrailer
My POLYGONDWANALAND is the FUZZ CLUB rendition! I don't know what this means, but congratulations! :P I listened to the non FUZZ CLUB version yesterday. Weird album. Kinda math rock-y, and reminds me in spots of 80's King Crimson and Gentle Giant's "Cogs in Cogs". Pretty proggy stuff! So what the heck is Fuzz Club? More distortion on the album? OldRUSHfan
Well, VT, there doesn't seem to be ANY difference so far...I have both versions on my comp. and playing each song after the original version, doesn't seem to be any difference...Just another reason to grab more money.... I've fallen for this so many times...when will I ever learn.

Thanks for doing that sonic research. :cheers:I had a quick look on the i'net, and it seemed like it was just a different pressing with a freaky animal cover. And half-speed mastering or something. I dunno. If I ever buy it on vinyl, this pressing looks pretty slick: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ob3SSUI1HR0 :o :smoke:
