Segue Myles
Dang, I don't have a list prepared. Well, here's a sketch: 1. David Bowie2. James Taylor3. Elton John4. Peter Gabriel5. Bruce Springsteen there are certainly more. Springsteen ALMOST made my top 5.......but mccartney strong armed him out. hard fought battle though, lol he's top ten for sure. Mick I need to reconnect with The Beatles. I love them but my box set is still at my parents house me too. i still have them as my fav band but rarly play them, lol Mick John HATES them but meh...then again I have Spotify...not the same though haha

Mick I've connected more with Springsteen than McCartney in the past, but McCartney's easily my preferred songwriter if you include Beatles stuff. Also I suspect I just haven't listened to enough McCartney solo stuff. All I really know is Band On The Run and a few hit singles.

vaportrailer
Guys, Hendrix is not a solo artist. Correct: The Jimi Hendrix ExperienceThe Band of Gypsies But there were also plenty of times when those lines were blurred (Woodstock, post Band of Gypsies, Electric Landlady :P).So instead of Jimi and Co. clogging up my top band picks, I put him here.
