Stop it Michael.

After "Hemispheres" "GUP" is next. A perfect masterpiece.

Saw that tour when I was 16 years old. Changed my life.

I listened to GUP just yesterday and, yes, it's still amazing.

Its bizarre because every time I play it I think its the most incredible Rush album ever. It's just magic...dark, cold, beautiful...it sounds just like the cover looks. I always rate in in my top five/six because I love many other Rush albums...but would it be cheesy to say "if this was by any other band it would be the best thing they ever did"?.

The first half is incredible. Then the second half continued the greatness! All the other albums on this list...I prefer the first side enormously. The b side of GUP? I enjoy more than many other albums A-Sides!

Geez Wiz Kid!

It's amazing to me.

After all our our stupid squabbles and yet we are so much on par with RUSH and totally cool.

Texting and writing on a forum can be misleading.

I only liked teasing you.

It doesn't matter to me anymore. You are a great guy and I wish you the best in life.

If I were to ever get at tattoo and I am sure I will never, it will be the Grace Under Pressure Algebraic Sign.

It was my first Rush concert when I was 16.

I had nosebleed seats with my buddy in 1984.

We walked down to the side of Geddy's stage area and some kids wanted to "RUSH" the front of the stage when Tom Sawyer started. Well I was a skinny kid. Total nerd and not really wanting to test authority and security at the Cow Palace in 1984. But the kid I was with was opposite me and wanted to go for it.

So like a fool I went with it.

About 40 kids ran up into the front of the stage area knocking over chairs and people in the first like 5 rows.

I just went with it and was thrown into the front barrier right underneath Geddy as he was playing the synthesizers.

I was freaked out and gazing into Geddy's eyes

Geddy looked very worried.

I was 16 and smashed into the barrier at the Cow Palace.

Even then as a kid I seriously thought Geddy was going to say something and stop the show.

RUSH kept playing on.

It was incredible to me as I was a nose bleed teen and nowI was smashed into the barrier into the very front!

It was then when my heart fell deep into my soul and my brain was enlightened.

I was right there in the front from Neil's drum solo on his new red Tama Simmons Kit.

It blew my young mind out of the cerebral water.

I was hooked.

In love.

Eternal.

I can't make this up Michael.

It was Euphoria

Bliss.

If I get a few minutes with Geddy and Alex I will tell them this tale.

I have a few more stories to tell too.

But not for tonight

I have a plane to catch

YYZ baby

Greatest instrumental ever made.

JMO

I will never grow up.

That's either good or bad.

RUSH ON!

Hard to beat AFTK... Cygnus X-1 Is one hell of a finale. Damn. Like a machine that has one final giant surge of power before it blows itself the f!@$ up. I quite like Signals, too.
