Quedlinburg is almost like a journey through time. When you walk all those alleyways and look at the half-timbered houses it feels like you're stranded in medieval times.

I see that Wernigerode is near Gottingen, where my sister attended Uni. It's also equidistant between Berlin and Munster, where she now resides.

I live a few Kilometers north of the Black Forest.
