As I said, I would say on how I did after the third round, and the Eastern Conference Finals, and the Western Conference Finals.  I went zero out of, and for two, as I thought, and wanted Carolina over, and would've eliminate by knocking out Boston, and San Jose, in a slight edge over eliminate by knocking out St. Louis, which would be a toss up, and pick 'em Western Conference Finals because of how both teams seemed to have been evenly matched.  After three rounds, I went seven out of, and for fourteen.  For the Stanley Cup Final, I still think, want, and prefer St. Louis to win it all.

Rooting for the Sharks to take game 6 to force a game 7.
 I was just about to post that. With all these injuries, you want the Sharks in the Final.

This is why I don't waste my energy in this hockey thread every season.  The phucking Shucks fuckking suckkkkkkkkkkk!!

My heart doesn't break anymore.  It's always in pieces.

GO WARRIORS BABY!

The Sharks will never win a Cup.

The only cup the Sharks will win is the cup that fits around a man's cock.  Sucks!

Everyone wins one of those..

Sheesh. This sure looks like it's setting up nicely for the Bruins. The potential to win a Cup without playing a single top 10 team.

Boston is a good team but I think it is a toss up since they will have been off over 10 days before they play again.  Blues won't have to wait that long and they are riding high on their win.  I think they have a good chance of breaking their long drought..49 years :ebert:
I am very happy for them, looking forward to a close fought series for the Cup :ebert:

The Bruins are having an intrasquad scrimmage tonight and charging $20 to get in and watch.  We might take the ride in.  And hope that we're not watching Ted Williams, 1946 redux.

Exciting quarterfinals day at the Worlds. USA gave it a good shot, but there's no beating Russia this year. Incredible come back by Canada against Switzerland. Tying goal with four tenths left on the clock, and then winning it in OT. Are you kidding me? Next up for Strome and co, the Czech Republic after taking out Germany. Hawks prospect Kubalik with a great goal in that one. And to end it all, Finland beating the star-studded Sweden in overtime. Russia vs Finland and Canada vs Czech Republic on Saturday.

Yes, he had a good game, but I can't stop thinking about the fact that this is Canada's 6th or 7th line-up. Many NHL superstars decided to skip this tournament. I know World Championships is not a sexy event for some, but Europeans managed to stack up their squads, a lot of good it did for Sweden. :P  Still, it's disappointing, after all, we're trying to popularize the sport around the world, right?

Boston fan since (70-71) and IF the BRUINS can win the Cup it will be historic for the city and sports in general. Boston would become the ONLY city in the modern era to have three of their sports teams defending their titles in the same year. The feat is incredibly hard to do, it's hard to have two defending much less three. The winning since 2001 has been seriously unbelievable. Those who are Boston fans better enjoy what's happening because it ain't going to happen again ANYTIME soon.

That said.....GO BRUINS!

Only the Bruins are legit though. All of the Red Sox and Patriots titles are tainted by scandals.

BlackhawkRush, I don't know if you've thought of this, but the N.H.L. players, who can go to represent teams with, on, and at the "IIHF World Championship" don't want to, and decide not to because they prefer to take a break by resting, which isn't, and hasn't been a problem, and issue, with it.  For them doing that, there hasn't ever been a knock to, and on them.  They deserve the rest, and be even more prepared, and ready for the next N.H.L. season.  I'm glad, you've given acknowledgement to the "IIHF World Championship", and "Canada National Men's Team".  Maybe, you can do it for the women's one, too.

Or I could just be stirring shit. I love the Bruins, but have a visceral hatred of the Sox and Pats.

Understood, you are not alone with having a serious dislike of the Red Sox and Patriots. Many more each and every day are joining in on their dislike of them. So let me ask was their any tainting of the Celtics title in 2008? Also was there any illegitimacy with the Patriots SB win 2019?

Side note, my order of the Boston teams:

RED SOX
BRUINS
CELTICS
PATRIOTS

peace
