Where is every afternoon? Ok, not every day but pretty often. 2 pm is like a low blood sugar time or something and if I sit for a minute on the couch it's all over for about 45 minutes. Our cat loves it since she's a cuddler!

I could watch the Cleveland Browns vs the Miami Dolphins and not fall asleep ... I never feel sleep approaching unless I'm in my bed, lights out, pitch dark

Never on the couch - which explains how I get thru all those long-winded movies . . .

Reading my Kindle does it. Because now I can read in the dark, with a drink by my side.

Been catching up on the original Dune books. Dreamed the other night that I was talking to Leto II, the old worm.

Sitting on a plane, train, bus or at my desk at work I can fall asleep. But not on the couch. Sitting on the couch and the things I need to do there is serious business!

I have to take sleeping tablets amongst other pills, so I find myself nodding off on the sofa every night, which means time to toddle off to bed....

Watching Stage 9 of the Tour de France just now while having an espresso.

I'm sitting on the floor as the sofa is occupied by two of my cats Rhylie and Osbourne.

I know my place in the pecking order.

Our couch is lumpy and uncomfortable, but I can't convince the missus to get a new one. I may just haul it out to the curb and force the issue.

I try not to be comfortable ever during the day because I 'll just fall asleep. My sofa is an evil marshmallow :fury:
