I bought the album "Mutiny Up My Sleeve" that summer, and continued to buy their catalogue til they quit and Kim went off solo. I've bought everything I can get my hands on by him also.

You and I need to talk, Mick!  I've been into music since before The Beatles hit the U.S.  JUST before, but the first song I remember hearing on the radio was "The Lion Sleeps Toninght" as performed by The Tokens in the fall of 1961, when I was 31/2 and my sister was 21 and baby sitting me. The big AM Pop station in the Detroit Area was CKLW, in Windsor. Canada. The first Beatles song I remember was "I should Have Known Better" wich came out in June of '64.  I remember that song because I was at a friend from school's house and he knew how to draw a naked lady and that was the '45' he was playing when I visited his house... WOW! Sexy women and MUSIC! lol
