They still press compact discs for my fuckking 50 year old ass demographic! The box set is amazing! My Japanese pressing SHM CD BOX is in the mail! The rare EP is included from 1979. I know you can download it man but fuckk that. I like holding it in my hand. Hugging it like a Star Wars action figure I opened in 1978. LOL! There is also a cd of rarities included. The packaging is amazing. I just kissed the box set. ROCK AND ROLL FOREVER!!! I will buy cds until I die!!!! JMO!
Lucas
I'm right there with ya Earl .. And I'm going to look into this Def Lep set .. The actual, physical product will never fall by the wayside - at least as long as we're around ... Same with blu ray .... Damn, I have the feeling that between you and me, we're keeping Criterion, Arrow, Blue Underground, and Code Red in business !!!!

Not including DVDs, and counting multi-blu ray sets as one blu ray: I recently passed 300 ... lol . . Edited June 10, 2018 by Lucas

Turbine Freight
Got it for the Rarities disc & original EP alone. Worth it just for that. Throw in the LA Forum disc & it's a winner. First 3 albums are awesome. Hysteria is still utter shit. I hopped off the ride at Pyromania.
Disco
I have question for the rock-heads out there. In the early/mid 80s there seemed to be a sudden trend towards slick glossy rock which more than nodded its head to pop structures. A key example being Scorpions Savage Amusement. I kinda thought this was from Genesis amd Yes doing it, but I recently heard Hysteria amd it sounded like a classic of that type of rock...and was a massive seller. Was it Hysteria that swung rock to tje glossy side, and if not what was it? Thanks rockers. Disco
The Cat 3
Just not in the budget for me, but it does look fantastic. I love Def Leppard. One of the most misunderstood, under appreciated and underrated bands out there.
