The individual albums are being remastered and rereleased in “Expanded Editions”. I have a couple of them and they all sound awesome. An album for me, like many others here, was a milestone of sorts in my love for all things rock and roll. Fresh, original, unique...are there enough adjectives that I could type that would still fall short of how great this album is? Dare I say, one of the best debuts by any band anywhere and at anytime. Happy Cars Day my TRF brothers and sisters. Incredible thread Cat! CRAZY! I've been in a Cars mode for the last 5 days and had no clue about the anniversary of a masterpiece. I was a junior in high school in 1985 so "Heartbreak City" is very close to my heart. I love The Cars! Benjamin Orr was sooooooo underrated. RIP! I love the guy. I love his solo album!
