Both albums are fantastic and full of epic shit. It's hard to decide which one I like more, because that changes from day to day. Yesterday I thought Thunderbolt leads by a nose but today Firepower is on a steady rotation again. I haven't expected that both bands are still able to release so many great songs.

Like Steel Panther, I understand the joke, but it's an unfunny one .. same with Turbonegro .. They are a joke band, a parody

 

I feel the same about horror films - the parodies, the comedic ones - I have zero interest

 

When something is a parody, it bears no resemblance to the real thing - it's all in the meaning, and those bands mean nothing to me
