I got a new laptop running Windows 10 and using Microsoft Edge. I have space bar issues using the forum. Anybody else?

Moved this to RP, where it should get more attention.

The older versions of Microsoft's browsers had similar troubles with this board. Have you tried any other browsers on your new laptop?

Microsoft edge is crap. Use chrome if you've got it. In fact use any other kind of browser that's available on your computer.

In the past I used Firefox for the longest time but this new Microsoft Edge which I guess replaced Explorer claims its safer than Chrome and Firefox.

It can claim what ever it wants to help promote their product. Doesn't mean it's true. The truth is only a very small percentage of people who have it use edge. Did you ever have any serious issues with Firefox? If not then why stop using it. For all the criticism Google as a company gets, I still use chrome and have for years since it's a smoothly run browser that rarely gives me major issues.
