They were bigger in Europe (Germany and Switzerland in particular) than in their home country, I was told. The amount of Saga nerdiness at the concert was only matched by Rush.

Great band. I saw them open for Pat Benetar in Cleveland in the early 80s’. They actually went over very well. The drum solo with the briefcase was exceptional. The song “No Stranger” on Worlds Apart is one of my all time favorite songs. Our band had that song on one of our break tapes and every time it played people would ask who it was.

Hey, one thing I didn't mention about the show anywhere is that the drum solo ended with the intro to Lakeside Park!

Im still looking for a recording of the final show. There are a few of the Cruise shows but nothing from Toronto. Odd.
