Goodfellas, it's just a better story and has more in the way of intrigue and suspense. The characters are better too and the whole film just works better. Casino seems slap happy by comparison and the characters are exaggerated almost like MS was trying to outdo Goodfellas in the shock value stakes but it fails in that undertaking.

Ray Liotta all the way, baby! Better story and plot development. Plus I love Martin Scorsese's real life mother playing Joe Pesci's mother when they go to her house to borrow her shovel for what's in the trunk.

Liotta’s my pick to portray the real/616 version of Nick Fury. Nick Fury ain’t no Ultimates version Sam Jackson. Nick’s neither totally bad nor totally good. Rather, he’s often a weasel in a tight spot who’s willing to do anything to get out of it! That’s Ray Fury...or Nick Liotta.

Goodfellas, but Casino is solid. Both have great performances and fun dialogue in iconic scenes. Goodfellas seems a bit more fresh.

I'm not crazy about the last 1/4 of either film, to be honest.

I'm going to plead the right to not vote on the grounds that I haven't seen Goodfellas and there's a certain 'vice' scene in Casino that to this day still wigs me out. Yeah, not going there. Stop reminding me. I'm not listening LALALALALALALALALALA!! Think of something else, think of something else...damn, I need a paper bag to breathe into...*gasp* I hate that scene soooooo muuuuuuch.

You are funny. I think I know the scene you are talking about. I won't write a spoiler. Come on AG! Go see "Goodfellas!"

How would you guys and gals rate the Godfather Trilogy then?

Haven’t seen part 3. But the first two would both get an A.

I will be very honest. I've seen them all and I love the first one of course. I remember the horse head in the bed when I was a little boy. It freaked me the fukk out. Scared me.

But man, I never got into II and III.

I have them on Blu-Ray. Perhaps I should have a Godfather Weekend!
