I truly believe Rush hit the sweet spot on Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures and Signals.  I chose those three because they seem like the most complete albums in terms of a theme and musicianship.  I know it's common.  The only 10/10 was Moving Pictures.  I consider it their masterpiece.

I’m in almost complete agreement.  PeW is also a 10/10 for me though.

1. AFTK
2. PeW
2.5. MP
2.75. Signals
3. 2112

Probably just 1 and 2 are 10/10s, but obviously 2.5, 2.75, and 3 are very close.
No album that includes Madrigal can be considered a ten.

I like the idea of what is in heavy rotation.  For me, it's GUP, Presto and Vapor Trails.  A truncated Snakes and Arrows also gets a lot of play.

I agree, although I think Entre Nous maybe slightly missed the mark.  9.9/10?

Waves, Pictures and Grace have probably best stood the test of time for me.  T4E the least, easily.
