1975 produced both of these testaments to why I love the seventies.

But they aren't really that similar, or comparable.

But I bet you have an opinion.

I have one.

have fun.

Never cared for Kiss even though i've tried before to get into them. More flash and marketing than any kind of musical substance. Floyd easily here.

Without a doubt, I'd go...Animals > Wish... > Alive.

I listened to Animals yesterday.

Similar to an eventful bowel movement, a real rock and roll album must have it's share of blood and fire .. and explosions

Love both.  WYWH is a musical masterpiece.  Alive! is really only a partially live album and heavily overdubbed.

I'm one of the rare people who actually prefers listening to KISS's first three studio records over Alive!  The vocals are superior and you can better hear Peter's swing style and how much it added to their early sound.

It all depends on mood though.  If I want to rock out, I ain't reaching for WYWH.  ;)

Wrong. It should be about the music and that alone.

Gimme a break.

Rush could've played with no explosions and the performances would've still been awesome.

Despite some good tunes, Kiss has always needed the comic book theatrics.
