Not i. I think it's an overrated piece of shit that's more concerned with being a reference archive then it's own thing.

YAY FOR BEING OVER DRAMATIC!!!!!! yea but i don't really like it and do think it's living off nostalgia.

not a bad thing mind.  but it doesn't hold for me.

It has great storytelling, great imagery, a great cast, and although season one was short it fully explored every character and left room for more. I know you dislike it but to say "it's shit" seems a bit like "yeah it's popular but it doesn't deserve it".

Had this been a flop I wonder if you'd feel different. Kids today love this for the same reason we loved the flicks we grew up with.

And this stands taller than a lot that came before it. I think it is a true masterpiece.

I get not liking it, but it is so far from being "shit" I kinda cannot help but be defensive.

This works as both a homage and a celebration, whilst being a throwback to simpler times.

It is truly a joy, and I bet a lot of old classics are being dusted off again by youngsters born, not only outside the 1980's, but in a different century altogether.

no i honestly wouldn't.  a bad show is a bad show.

Nothing one bit original here. i could forgive that if it wasn't so BORING

i barely stayed awake for most of it.

I'm glad it's doing well.  but it ain't doing it for me.

I love the show but season 2 just came out when I am at my most exhausted.

I need to find time to sit and obsess

I don't remember who said this in regards to the joy of books, but, in addition to the joy of the actual story, much of the pleasure of buying a lot books is in the knowledge of all the time you will have set aside for yourself when you do read them ..

Looking forward to these simple things in life is not only pleasurable, but essential

Having said that, I'm off to watch Episode One from Season One !!

Finished it tonight but not sure I like the ending. I figured it would be a cliffhanger but that felt tacked on.

I didn't mind it. They gave us the happy ending there with the kids at the dance but still wanted to remind us that something sinister is lurking. Making sure there's a teaser for next season.

Loved this season as well. Wasn't sure how they would follow up on the first season but they nailed it.

I loved season 2 as much as the first. Surprised when I read that a lot of people didn't like episode 7. I thought it was a cool diversion and made the end feel more important.

Agreed.  I thought it was made clear that eventual “success” was only due to that experience
