A great blend of sci-fi, fantasy, comic books and pop culture. A wonderful parody with characters that will endear themselves to you. Great stories, great plots, great jokes.
Since I can't copy and paste I'll do this lol. One of my personal favs...
12 Green Acres so silly it's hilarious(at least to me it is)

Btw for the record my copy & paste skills blow lol. Also All In The Family as a breakthrough and iconic show pretty much speaks for itself. Sorry for breaking the rules so quickly...

The first few years of All in the Family are better than any other sitcom ever. The problem is I don't think it sustained in the later years
Agree 1000%. As with most everything in life it went on way too long(notable exceptions Barry Sanders & Jim Brown to name a couple). Most people and entities never know when enough is enough...
The only sitcom that sustained all the way through its long run is Cheers. If someone doesn't list it soon, I probably will.

Cheers didn't drop off too badly in the later years. They also had a few major cast changes which helped to keep things fresher. Not every long running show has that or can replace major characters but they rolled with the changes very well.

Rebecca and Woody were good replacements for Diane and Coach. The transition was smooth and not a rehashing either.

Additionally, the series finale is one of the best, if not THE best, ever for any tv show.

Such a wonderful show. Unfortunately, the humor and intelligence of the show is lost among younger audiences.

I re-watched the series last year with my son, who was really into it.  The show did drag for almost an entire season when Diane and Sam's relationship dominated the plot.  That got really old and predictable.  Rebecca joining really lifted the show after that.

Those that never lived in England might not be familiar with this show, which consisted of brief comedy sketches and it was quite funny.  It featured a young John Cleese and Michael Palin, which are names you might recognize.

The most consistent sitcom of all time. No cheesy or forced jokes. Casting changes and additions didn't matter. This show always delivered. Truly satisfying series finale that really fit

I thought the finale was the best thing they did the last three years of the show.    Seinfeld lost more of its humor toward the end of its run than MASH did, and that's saying a lot.

20) Leave it to Beaver (LABT)

I loved this show as a kid and believe that it was not only realistic but had great life lessons delivered with honesty and humility.   There are those who are critical of shows like this and to be sure it wasn't indicative of universal experiences (there were some pretty awful things going on at the time, to be sure, for certain Americans, but the show didn't deal with those experiences, and not everything should have to).   I believe the lessons and morality of the show ARE universal and the characters were well developed, consistent, and even the ones shown negatively had a basic humanity to them.

YMMV.

Iconic .. Peter Falk helped create one the greatest TV characters ever, with some great writing and direction .. Guest stars like Johnny Cash and Jack Cassidy took it to another level ..

The original series from 1971-1978 is my favorite, and from the get go, I really loved the relentless and inquisitive nature Lt Columbo brought

I liked the finale fine, I just didn't think it was that funny. Maybe my expectations were too high. I've heard that the show wasn't as funny in later seasons, which might be the case, but looking through the synopses for the final season tells me there still were some great eps in there and that the show was still as funny overall as anything else. MASH did get more serious by the end of it's run (Honeycutt, Winchester and Potter weren't as wacky as who they replaced), but it was still good.
