I haven't seen this movie in 30 years.

 

I just got it on blu-ray!

 

I remember having the soundtrack on something called a cassette!

 

I had to have it! Edward Van Halen composed the score!!!

 

Being a Van Halen completeist is essential to my existence.

 

Being a Music Completist is impossible yet it challenges me everyday!

 

Anyway on that note I am off to watch this 1984 classic!!

 

Or is it a bomb?

 

Interesting to note that Sean Penn is in "Fast Times At Ridgemont High." Chris of course is in "The Wild Life."

 

Eric Stoltz is also in"The Wild Life."

 

Eric is also in "Pulp Fiction."

 

Chris is in "Reservoir Dogs."

Ok! First off this movie can't hold a candle to "Fast Times" but it is enjoyable.

 

So for me it's the soundtrack that I adore the most and I am soooooo mad! It's only on LP and cassette!

 

I love the classic "1984" Eddie riffs with his keyboard landscapes. There is one track on the score that is sooooooo VAN HALEN! You can totally tell his brother is on the drum kit!

 

I think this soundtrack is fuckking amazing!

 

Any true Van Halen Fan would agree! Well I would hope!! DAMN!

 

VAN HALEN RULES!!
