That album trumps almost all of any other band's output in a heartbeat.

 

That said my fav of 77 is easily AFTK.

Incredible year indeed. Four or five of my top 10 all time came out in 77' and the best isn't even on the list but Brucey covered it...

I am a Toto "fan" as much as I ever have been. Their popular songs take me way back to a simpler time. I can't help but sing along and tap my foot(and have you pop in my head of course)...

Cheap Trick - raw and rocking. I fkn love this album. not a stinker in the bunch. awesome bass sound. killer killer killer.

Rumours - damn good songs, arrangements, and production. Silver Springs should've made the cut.

AFtK - damn good songs, arrangements, and playing

 

Low would be up there if it wasn't for Bowie's attempts at being Eno on side 2. Side 1 is excellent though.
