Verena
I like roller coasters (it causes some anxiety, but it's ok); high glass elevators, mountains or stones where I can see a forest or the ocean. :) As for JohnnyBlaze's picture, I'm able to walk through this highway.I can't drive on it due technical difficulty.

goose
I don't have a fear of heights, but I have a recurring dream where I'm driving up a very high, narrow, and nearly vertical bridge, and I feel like the car is going to flip backwards. There's a real bridge that feels like that on the way to LaGuardia airport, as well as heading over the Canadian border north of Watertown,New York. Filbert St in San Francisco is famous for its grade, but it's one-way downhill. Driving up that would freak me out. As it was, I bottomed out my car doing it multiple times. Like this? http://www.sickchirpse.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/25.png This pic hasn't been altered in any way but the angle does make it look steeper than it really is. Though it is steep. My son and I were just checking that bridge out on YouTube yesterday.

Chicken hawk
I was in Toronto for Rush Con 2006 ......We found the CN Tower. Glass bottom floor up top..it was great. My friend wouldn't walk on it tho. Have a look.
Mr. JD
I didn't when I was younger but I sure do now. When we visited Toronto for the R40 tour, my daughter and I visited the CN Tower. I couldn't even get near the glass floor without feeling sick. I also have problems driving over tall bridges now. LakesideShark
I'm more afraid of falling than I am of actual heights but I guess I could be afraid of heights. I can't even get halfway up a six foot tall ladder without getting terrified. *thinks again*Maybe it is the heights. I know how nervous even an escalator will make me. I have to hold onto the side the whole way and I refuse to look down over the side. I can handle roller coasters fine, though even if I know how high up I am. Entre_Perpetuo
I feel like after getting over my fear of roller coasters over the sat few years and climbing up in pretty tall castles in Ireland last year via centuries old poorly designed spiral staircases with ropes for railings...I think I could talk myself into going up any distance.

Verena
Everyone has a natural fear of falling, which is helpful to keep us alive.I'm afraid of wingsuits. There are some things that go to the extremes and then I don't do them.Even a parachute might be dangerous. All training, ability and trust are necessary.I wouldn't use a parachute alone. It's something that very few people do and are successful. It's very risky, I confess. Too high, even for me.If a challenge is bigger than me, it's impossible to take.
