I find the first hilarious, but I'll go with the second, which I wouldn't watch if you are easily offended. Cracks me up.

Or do you mean the second video, where the guy is smoking indoors, which is clearly prohibited by local ordinances? Outrageous!

 

No seriously, I think the idea of these guys sitting around trying to figure out how to make a video with zero budget, so they come up this, just hilarious. I don't know, maybe I think most bands take themselves way too seriously. Obviously these guys don't.

 

Musically they're actually really good, if you like early PIL with some Virgin Prunes, Butthole Surfers, and maybe a little bit of The Fall thrown in, all scrambled with some Iggy Pop showmanship in a low-fi medley of groovy weirdness (there's a noticeable funk/groove element to their music but I'm not qualified in that area to name a parallel ;) ). Lots of cool tunes but this, along with Whitest Boy on the Beach (both from their second album) is probably my favorite:
