Its been about 7-8 years for me. Thinking about signing up again. I like physical activity.

I go 4-5 times per week. In the winter months I'm on the slopes a lot so I get my cardio that way.

The year I lived up in Presque Isle, Where I lived had 'Clubhouse' privaldges, and the clubhouse had a pool and a gym among other things, and I used to do my walking there when the day was too cold to do it outside...

Oh Christ, it was so long ago...! :o Probably about 30 years ago. I think there were some rings suspended in the air as well as just rope dangling down, and I do recall thinking: "How am I supposed to jump up and catch them?!"

I use to go to church every Sunday ! Now i go to the gym and im sad but also happy to say how much more i get out of going to the gym. Its one place i leave feeling GREAT about myself !
