Union 5-3992
This one stings a bit. He was fantastic in almost every role. The Elephant Man, Harry Potter, V For Vendetta, Alien, Hellboy, Doctor Who, among others. I think I read last year that he beat cancer but he must have been struck with another kind after. May he RIP

Lucas
Shit. He was good in so many things in so many decades. RIP There were many times I thought "He's perfect for that part" and it would be something completely different from anything else he did .. A natural, which, ironically, is the hardest thing to find in an actor
treeduck
I wonder if there's a chance that the crew of the Nostromo die in the same order as the movie? :smoke:
RUSHHEAD666
His acting in ALIEN was EPIC! But please, let's not forget how incredible the was in Mel Brook's SPACEBALLS!" Such a CUNNING STUNT!
Your_Lion
RIP to a total Legend! Also, for other Doctor Who fans, February sees the release of the 4th (and now final) boxset in the War Doctor audio stories, which John Hurt recorded. The first three boxsets were great, and I was really looking forward to this one (especially as this one had the War Doctor reuniting with 70's companion Leela). I can imagine it's going to be a sad listen, now. https://www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/the-war-doctor-volume-04-casualties-of-war-1383

Hurt was just fantastic in everything he did.
Blue J
Hurt was just fantastic in everything he did. Indeed. Brilliant career, and a long life. Still a very sad loss. RIP

The "actor" playing Jones probably died long since...and Jones survived the whole franchise. Edited January 28, 2017 by Your_Lion

Yeah but I'm referring to the human members of the crew only.
