Moving Pictures: side one or side two?

Which side of this biggest Rush album you prefer or maybe it's tie?

 

And what is your fave track from both sides?

This wasn't as obvious for me as others.

 

Red Barchetta is my least favorite on Pictures, but I still like it.

 

I loved Witch Hunt when I was young, and as it has slid The Camera Eye has risen, and I now love it. Always loved Vital Signs.

 

But I like Limelight the most, and of course I like Tom Sawyer a lot, and YYZ is a killer track.

 

So I voted side one as best, but it was a squeaker.

Side 1 (despite the weak YYZ), Limelight & The Camera Eye got my votes.

I like both sides, but side 1 is a bit better imo.

 

All the songs are amazing, but YYZ is my fav off the whole album!!

Side one. Moving Pictures is a little top-heavy, but it's all great. Limelight and The Camera Eye are my favorites from each side, with Red Barchetta and Witch Hunt getting significant consideration as well. Edited January 20, 2017 by Disk98
